| Long time Reno resident, Sarah Aquino has partnered with her friends and former Santa Barbarians Jill & Mark Brouillard to open up Fresco Cafe Reno. It is the newest addition to the Fresco Cafe Family of small locally operated restaurants. Fresco Cafe Reno has a menu consisting of the most popular items, including soups, salads, pizza, entrees, as well as Piadinas, a sandwich made with grilled pizza dough. Mark Brouillard, a pastry chef, is well known for his desserts and will bring those creations here to Reno. The staff is made up of local Reno chefs and bakers. Fresco Cafe Reno is committed to using local and organic whenever possible and everything is made fresh daily on the premises.
